Our goal is to provide a simple experience for both organizers and participants. Users can discover contests, vote for nominees, discover events, purchase tickets and access their ticket information through their Proxboxy account.

Organizers can use Proxboxy to manage their contests and events, monitor participation and submit eligible payout requests for revenue generated through the platform.

By creating an account, accessing Proxboxy, voting, purchasing tickets, creating a contest or event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use Proxboxy or any service made available through the platform.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and maintaining a Proxboxy account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information.
• You must not intentionally provide false or misleading account information.
• You must not use another person's account without permission.
• Activities performed through your account may be treated as activities authorized by you.
• Proxboxy may restrict or suspend accounts that violate these terms or create a security risk to the platform.

Proxboxy allows organizers to create free or paid voting contests. The applicable voting rules, availability and pricing may vary depending on the contest.

• Votes submitted successfully may be considered final once processed.
• Users must not attempt to manipulate contest results through fraudulent, automated or unauthorized methods.
• Proxboxy may investigate suspicious voting activity and take appropriate action where abuse is detected.
• Contest organizers are responsible for ensuring that their contest descriptions, nominees and promotional materials are accurate and lawful.

Some Proxboxy services require payment, including certain contest votes and event tickets. Prices will normally be displayed before payment is completed.

• Users should verify the amount and service before confirming a payment.
• A payment is considered completed only after Proxboxy or its payment provider successfully confirms the transaction.
• A pending or failed transaction does not automatically mean that a vote or ticket has been successfully issued.
• Where necessary, Proxboxy may request a transaction reference or other payment information when investigating a payment complaint.

Organizers using Proxboxy are responsible for the information and activities associated with the contests and events they create.

• Organizers must provide accurate event or contest information.
• Organizers must have the right to use names, images, logos and other content uploaded to Proxboxy.
• Organizers must not create fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful contests or events.
• Organizers are responsible for delivering the event, prize, benefit or experience advertised to participants unless otherwise expressly stated.
• Proxboxy may review, reject, suspend or remove content that violates platform rules.

Eligible organizers may request payouts for revenue generated through qualifying Proxboxy services.

Proxboxy may deduct an applicable platform fee, processing charge, refund, reversal or other amount that applies to the transaction before calculating the final organizer payout.

• Payout requests may be subject to administrative review.
• Organizers must provide correct bank and contact information.
• Proxboxy may delay a payout while investigating fraud, disputes, chargebacks or suspicious transactions.
• The net amount approved by Proxboxy represents the amount payable after applicable deductions.

Successful event ticket purchases may generate a digital ticket or QR code that can be used for event entry.

• Ticket holders are responsible for keeping their ticket codes and QR information secure.
• A ticket may become invalid after it has been successfully checked in or marked as used.
• Users must not duplicate, alter or fraudulently reproduce Proxboxy tickets.
• Event-specific entry conditions may also be determined by the event organizer.

Refund eligibility may depend on the type of transaction, its status, the organizer's obligations, payment provider rules and the circumstances of the request.

Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee a refund. Proxboxy may review relevant transaction records before making a determination.

Users must not misuse Proxboxy or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

• Fraudulent voting or ticket activity.
• Payment fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
• Attempting to bypass platform security.
• Creating misleading or fraudulent events.
• Impersonating another individual or organization.
• Uploading content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
• Using automated systems to manipulate votes, tickets or platform statistics.

We aim to keep Proxboxy available and reliable, but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

Features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, payment provider downtime, upgrades or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Proxboxy may restrict, suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, users, organizers or payment systems, or where these Terms & Conditions have been violated.

Where appropriate, we may also restrict specific contests, events, voting activity, ticket activity or payout requests without disabling the entire account.

Proxboxy may update these Terms & Conditions as the platform, its services or applicable requirements change.

Continued use of Proxboxy after updated terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
